Grįžtamasis ryšys – tai SMK Aukštosios mokyklos (toliau –SMK) studijų kokybės užtikrinimo sistemos dalis. Grįžtamojo ryšio sistemos tikslas – efektyviai ir sistemiškai matuoti studijų proceso kokybę bei nuolat ją tobulinti, taip pat užtikrinti mokymosi visą gyvenimą proceso monitoringą. SMK grįžtamojo ryšio dalyviai – tai SMK Aukštosios mokyklos socialiniai dalininkai (SMK administracinis ir akademinis personalas, studentai, absolventai, darbdaviai, profesinių asociacijų atstovai, valstybinės institucijos, profesinių sąjungų atstovai ir kitos suinteresuotos šalys). Grįžtamojo ryšio tyrimams atlikti naudojami skirtingi tyrimo instrumentai ir kitos priemonės, leidžiantys atlikti numatytą tyrimą bei gauti validžius rezultatus. Klausimynai ir kokybinių tyrimų elementai kiekvienais metais peržiūrimi, įvertinamas klausimų tikslingumas bei tinkamumas. Konkretų grįžtamojo ryšio tyrimo atlikimo būdas pasirenkamas, įvertinus duomenų apdorojimo patogumą, operatyvumą bei gautiems duomenims apdoroti naudojamus žmonių ir finansinius išteklius. Įgyvendinant numatytas grįžtamojo ryšio užtikrinimo formas ir metodus laikomasi anonimiškumo, skaidrumo ir viešumo principų.

Feedback is part of the quality assurance system of the SMK. The aim of the feedback system is to measure the quality of the study process in an effective and systematic way and to continuously improve it, as well as to ensure the monitoring of the lifelong learning process. The participants of the feedback system are the social stakeholders of the SMK (administrative and academic staff, students, graduates, employers, representatives of professional associations, public authorities, trade union representatives and other stakeholders).The feedback surveys use different survey instruments and other tools to carry out the intended research and to obtain valid results. The questionnaires and the qualitative research items are reviewed annually and the relevance and appropriateness of the questions are assessed. The specific method of conducting the feedback survey is chosen on the basis of the convenience and speed of data processing and the human and financial resources available to process the data obtained. The forms and methods envisaged for providing feedback shall respect the principles of anonymity, transparency and publicity.
